The Maternal Child Health Bureau works to promote and improve the health and wellness of women, infants, children, including children with special health care needs, adolescents and their families through the delivery of quality prevention programs and effective partnership. Below the mission will list all the following program under the Maternal Child Health Bureau: Title V Maternal and Child Health Program, Healthy Outcomes for Maternal and Early Childhood (H.O.M.E.) Visiting Program, Title X Family Planning Program, Early Hearing and Detection Intervention Program/Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Program, Early Intervention Program/Children with Special Healthcare Needs Program, Oral Health- Teeth for Health Initiative, State Systems Development Initiative Project.
